Pineapple Bungalow $135 night
Coconut Bungalow $125 night
Rates are based on 2 persons ( $10 per person per night
for more than 2 people).
A one
half deposit needs to be received within seven days of the booking date
in order to hold, and the balance to be received sixty days prior to arrival.
State of Hawaii tax, occupancy and general excise tax of 11.42% will be
added to the room rates. Cancellations must be received at least 60 days
prior to check in date to receive a deposit refund, less $50. administrative
fee. Less than 60 days notice will forfeit all monies unless we can re-book
the room. Bungalows will be cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure.
out cleaning fee is $95.00. ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING; guests may smoke
outside your private lanai or deck.
By giving us your credit card number, you agree to be responsible for
any additional housekeeping charges (for excessive cleaning, laundry or
check out past 10 AM) damage to the property, evidence of smoking inside
the unit, use beyond the scope (no parties, receptions, luaus or other
commercial use) without prior approval, or occupancy beyond permitted
maximum number of people. Also by giving us your credit card number, you
assume charges at $25. for lost keys, towels, beach towels; all inventoried
items in the unit will also be your responsibility.
